Payment Method
This is a "Cash on Delivery" service where the payment for the product is collected on behalf of the sender when delivering the package. In addition to cash payment upon delivery, payments can also be made using multiple credit cards and debit cards.
For payments made with credit cards
when paying with an IC card, we kindly ask customers to enter their PIN.
For payments made with magnetic cards, we will require the purchaser's handwritten signature on the sales slip printed by the card payment terminal.
Japan Post Cash on Delivery only supports cash delivery.
