1. Regarding changes or cancellations of size and color after placing an order, we are unable to accommodate such requests as they may lead to discrepancies in stock and cause inconvenience to other customers. We kindly ask you to confirm your order details once again before finalizing your order.
We take great care in managing the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a wrong item, or a product that has been damaged during delivery, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival.
3.※Please be sure to check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery or if the product has been used even once, we will not accept returns or exchanges regardless of the handling condition (whether it was used normally, handled with care, etc.). Please be aware of this.
Returns are generally accepted only when we are unable to provide exchange stock. Exchanges will be handled with the same product; however, if the same product is out of stock or unavailable, we will process a return or send an equivalent product instead.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please be sure to contact us before returning the product. The exchange and return procedures may vary depending on your order and the content of your communication. *Details will be provided when you contact us. If you return the item without prior communication, we will not be able to assist you.
6. Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may ask you to send images of the relevant areas to confirm the condition of the product in your possession. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you contact us about product defects via email, we would be grateful if you could attach images of the defective areas in advance, such as through a photo message. We will promptly check and provide guidance on how to proceed.
About the product
1. We inspect all products after they arrive at our store. During the production process by machine, there may inevitably be occurrences such as "seams in the fabric when weaving the threads," slight "fraying," or "blending" with other fibers. However, we only ship products that are free from quality issues. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.
There may be slight "variations" in shape and size due to the production period or color, even for the same product, but please rest assured that there are no issues with usage.
Due to the nature of the materials, some dyes may have a strong odor. At our store, we receive products from the manufacturer in a sealed condition, and after inspection, we repackage them. Therefore, some items may have a slightly stronger smell compared to those on display. However, after a few days of use or airing out, the noticeable odor will mostly dissipate, so please give it a try.
Regarding the color images on the product page, we have made every effort to display colors that are as close to the actual product as possible. However, please be aware that they may appear slightly different due to the lighting conditions during photography or the settings of your device's screen. Thank you for your understanding.

Cases where we cannot accept returns or exchanges
1. Opened products, products that have been used.
2. Products that have been soiled by customers during fitting or other activities, or that have acquired odors such as cigarette smoke.
3. Returns and refunds for issues that are not quality issues.
4. Products that have been washed, repaired, or dry-cleaned after delivery.
5. Products with tags removed, missing shoe boxes or plastic packaging, or missing accessories.
6. Products that have been in stock for more than 7 days.

Cases in which returns and exchanges are accepted
1. Items received within 7 days of delivery.
2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. If the received product is defective
A: For initial defects or damages during transportation, we will check our inventory and resend a new item or an equivalent product. If the stock is sold out, we will respond with a refund.
B: The received product has defects or mistakes, and the mistake is our fault (for example, sending the wrong product). If there is a significant discrepancy between the color/design of the product shown in the images and the actual product delivered, please check the photos of the defects within 7 days of receiving the product and contact our customer center via email. Once confirmed, we will process the refund.
Please note: If you wish to exchange a product due to reasons caused by yourself, such as purchasing the wrong size, the shipping costs for return and resending will be borne by you.
