1. Changes or cancellations regarding size or color after placing an order may cause discrepancies in stock and inconvenience to other customers, so we cannot accept them. Please confirm your order details once again before finalizing your order.
2. We take great care in managing the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, an incorrect item, or a damaged item due to an accident during delivery, we kindly ask you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. *Please check the condition of the product immediately upon arrival. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery or if the product has been used even once, we cannot accept returns or exchanges regardless of the handling condition (normal use, careful handling, etc.). Please be aware of this.
4. Generally, returns are only accepted when we cannot provide stock for exchanges. Exchanges will be handled with the same product, but if the same product is out of stock, we will replace it with a refund or a similar product.
5. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please ensure to contact us before returning the item. The procedures for exchanges and returns may differ depending on your order and communication. *Details will be provided when you contact us. If you return the item without prior communication, we may not be able to assist you.
6. Depending on the content of your communication, we may ask you to send images of the relevant areas to confirm the condition of the product in your possession. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you contact us about a defective product via email, it would be helpful if you could attach images of the defective areas in advance. We will check and provide guidance promptly.
About the product
1. We inspect all products after they arrive at our store. Due to the production process by machines, there may be "seams in the fabric" or slight "fraying," and "blending of other fibers," but we ship products that are not problematic in terms of quality. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
2. Even for the same product, there may be slight "variations" in shape and size due to the production period and color, but there are no issues for use, so please rest assured.
3. Due to the nature of the materials, some products may have a strong dye smell. After arriving from the manufacturer in a sealed state, we inspect and repack them, so some products may have a stronger smell than those in stores. The smell will mostly dissipate after a few days of use or airing out, so please give it a try.
5. Regarding the color images on the product page, we strive to display colors as close to the actual product as possible, but there may be slight differences due to lighting conditions during photography or device screen settings. Please understand this in advance.

Cases where returns and exchanges cannot be accepted
1. Opened products, products that have been used once
2. Products that have been soiled by the customer during fitting, products with odors from tobacco, etc.
3. Returns or refunds for reasons that are not quality issues
4. Products that have been washed, repaired, or cleaned after delivery
5. Products with tags removed, missing shoe boxes or packaging, or lost accessories
6. Products that have been received for more than 7 days
7. If the product is different from what you imagined
8. If the product is returned without contacting us.
9. If product tags, price tags, labels, etc., have been detached.
10. Return of only part of the product or accessories
11. No photo provided, no explanation of the issue, etc.
Cases where returns and exchanges can be accepted
1. Items received within 7 days after delivery.
2. Returned products that have not been used, are not damaged, and have original packaging.
3. If the received product is defective
A: For initial defects or damages during shipping, we will check our stock and resend a new or equivalent product. If the stock is sold out, we will respond with a refund.
B: If the received product has defects or mistakes, and the mistake is our fault (for example, sending the wrong product). If there is a significant difference between the color/design in the posted images and the actual product delivered, please check the photos of the defects and contact our customer center via email within 7 days of receiving the product. Once confirmed, we will process the refund.
Points to note: If you wish to exchange a product due to your own reasons, such as buying the wrong size, the shipping costs for returns and resends will be borne by the customer.
