Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be automatically sent. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check if you entered your email address correctly and review your email settings. If you still do not receive it, please contact our customer center.

Preparing for shipment
Please note that items are usually shipped within 7 to 12 business days.

Once the shipping preparations are complete, we will dispatch from our warehouse in Tokyo or Saitama Prefecture. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs and delivery times.

Delivery to Japan Delivery period (business days)

Shipping fee: 790 yen for one item

Shipping: Some items will be shipped directly from the warehouse (^O^) 1-2 days

Shipping fee: 2,990 yen (for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands of Kagoshima)



When we deliver, please hand over the product price and shipping fee that our company charges to the delivery service, as well as the cash on delivery fee charged by the delivery service (the fee is 0 yen including tax for one time) in cash. The product will be handed over in exchange for the payment.

*If you wish to change the shipping address after shipment, an additional fee of 790 yen will be charged.

*Shipping costs for Kyushu postal codes 80 to 89 are 2,990 yen.

 

Regarding long-term absences
After shipping, Sagawa Express will store your item for a maximum of 7 days, regardless of the reason.
If you are not at home during delivery and receive a missed delivery notice, please promptly request redelivery to the contact information listed on the notice, and ensure that you receive the product.
In the event that you are unable to pick up the product beyond the storage period set by the delivery service, the product will be returned to our store as expired.
In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you contact us, we will arrange for the first re-shipment free of charge, but only at our store.
If you do not receive the package more than twice, please be aware that we may refuse your future orders.

If you have difficulty receiving your package due to an unexpected outing after placing your order or after shipment, please contact us or inform the shipping company using the tracking number provided in the shipment completion email. If you contact us, please also let us know the date when you will be able to receive the package.
