In case the product is damaged, dirty, or different from your order, please notify us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving the product.
If we have stock, we will exchange it for a new product; if out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Returns or exchanges due to differences in image, size, color discrepancies with the monitor, tears, dirt, odors of the outer box, or mistakes in ordering are not accepted.
Regarding refunds
We will transfer the refund to your designated account within 7 days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
*Regarding refunds for credit card payments
Our store processes sales immediately after shipping, so depending on the timing, there may be a temporary charge from the credit card company. In this case, the refund will be processed through the credit card company the following month.
