	A Chest	Pass the tape measure under your arm to measure your chest circumference. Keep the tape close to your body, but be careful not to tighten it too much. Make sure to measure parallel to the floor.
	B waist	Measure at the narrowest point along the natural waistline. Please ensure the tape measure is close to the body without being too tight.
	C Hip	Take your measurement around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape is parallel to the floor.
	D-leg	Measure from the base of your foot to the floor on the inside.
