The price includes all products, customs duties, and shipping fees. Yae_kichi pays for everything at the time of purchasing the products.

◆About accessories
We are sending you the items listed on this product information page. Brand shoppers, paper bags, etc. will not be included as they are purchased from a select shop.


◆About warranty
Many branded products can be serviced at domestic directly managed stores, but depending on the brand, there may be cases where maintenance is not available due to parallel imports. In such cases, you will need to take it to a repair shop yourself.


◆About shipping
After placing your order, the process will be as follows: 【Purchasing from overseas shop → Shipping from overseas shop to Japan → Inspection within Japan → Shipping to the customer】.

◆Domestic shipping
In overseas shopping, all products are received at our inspection office in Japan before being delivered to customers. We conduct inspection and packaging, and then ship the products to customers via Yamato Transport from within Japan.
In such cases, BUYMA will treat it as "domestic shipping".


◆About cancellations, returns and exchanges
We always thoroughly inspect all products, but scratches or stains may be found after the product is delivered to the customer.
In such cases, we also handle transaction cancellations, returns (to be sent back to yae_kichi with payment on delivery), and exchanges (if stock is available, we will purchase anew and ship that).
